In this regard, it's best to Contact Us and we'll do everything we can to resolve any issue. 

Ordering

Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be processed and dispatched, usually within 1-2 days. 

Price

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering. Prices may be adjusted at our discretion, but this will not affect an order that is in process.

Sticker Size

Our stickers come in various sizes per sheet. The sheet sizes are 12cm x 18cm.

Returns

We do not accept returns, but if something isn't right then please get in touch and we will make it so.

Delivery

All deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail, through them we endeavour to make all UK deliveries next day, however these are difficult times and some deliveries may take longer.

International deliveries can be up to 7+ days.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions. Please note only one discount code can be used in any single order, and subscriptions and gift cards are excluded from any discount promotion or offer. Sticky Pets retain the right to withdraw or adjust any promotional discount offer without notice. Any abuse of discount codes, or promotional offers, or any that have not been used in good faith may also lead to the whitdrawal of the offer and Sticky Pet may choose to ban any customer from future purchases (with attempted purchases being identified, cancelled and refunded) who it deems to have singularly or consistently abused the offer.

Payment

We accept payment online by Maestro, Solo, Electron, Visa, MasterCard and AmEx. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In fact we never see any of the card number ourselves.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been put into rpoduction. Sticky Pets reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.
